This year is the year of change, endings, and beginnings. One of the most impacted fields has been the music industry and how we consume it. Going to concerts, partying, and music festivals have been key facets in being a millennial. In any previous year, we would have spent the Summer and Fall going to all kinds of music and entertainment venues and events. Music has the power to bring people together and bring people happiness. In a new socially distanced world, we have lost the joy of seeing our favorite artists and bands. In an artist’s point of view, a huge part of their career has been taken away. Now, they must find alternate ways to keep things rolling and revenue coming in (safely and distanced). 
For this project, I will be campaigning and designing materials for a virtual music tour for 070 Shake’s album “Modus Vivendi.” I will be conducting a logo, a poster, a tour app design, and other concert assets such as a belt buckle, vinyl covers, CD covers, bags, etc. Modus Vivendi (the album’s name) means an arrangement or agreement allowing conflicting parties to coexist peacefully. Not only are we living in a pandemic, but we are living in an age of social uproar. This year has been filled with anger, injustice, and disagreements. The sole meaning of this album means a peaceful way of living. This tour stands as a reminder that people will always disagree on matters, but being kind and peaceful is always the answer. We want to create a virtual space where this is advocated and where people can feel safe.
